Lets start our first part: Devyani International Limited IPO Overview of the company The Company was incorporated in 1991 as Universal Ice Creams Pvt Ltd, then in 2000 it was renamed as Devyani International Pvt Ltd and was converted to a public limited company in 2005. Currently the company is the largest franchisee of Yum Brands on Non-exclusive basis.
